Start with Gratitude

In order to create positive change in our lives, we must first find gratitude where we are currently. This can be difficult, especially when you are not happy in your current job. But, gratitude comes first, before manifestation. So, in order to start this feeling of gratitude, you need to practice. Try these exercises every day this week:
1) Every time you have the opportunity, say “I’m Grateful”. When someone brings you something, say “Thank you, I’m grateful”. If someone reminds you of something, say “Thanks for the reminder, I’m grateful”. Try saying “I’m grateful” at least 20 times each day. Saying it out loud is important. This will give it a vibration and start things energetically moving in your favor.
2) Another exercise for you this week is to call (not text, but call) at least 3 people who you are grateful to have in your life and tell them that. Say, “I just wanted to let you know that I am grateful to have you in my life” or “I’m grateful that you are my sister or brother or parent or pet”. Again, it puts more energy behind it when you say it out loud.
3) One more exercise you can try: Start a gratitude journal. Just jot down one or two things daily that you are grateful for. It might be a good idea to write down all the things about your job which you are grateful for. Try to think of at least a few benefits of your job.
All of these exercises will activate the frequency of gratitude. At the end of the week ask yourself “How does it feel?”. If you start these gratitude exercises and continue with them daily, you will start to notice wonderful unexpected things happening in your life.
