Slow and Steady

When it comes to starting a journey of connecting to your Higher Wisdom, slow and steady is the best course of action. You will not get there by rushing. Also, there is no hurry to getting there. Your Higher Self is always with you, waiting for you to wake up and make the connection. We make the connection by practicing daily – getting quiet, connecting to our heart center and breathing in our Higher Self.

We tend to get so caught up in all the drama of our lives, that we forget to get quiet and check-in. Also, we can feel like we are “on our own” or “going it alone” – but this is the furthest from the truth. Spirit is always here with you – ready to help when you remember to Ask. So, if you slow down and take a breath and connect with your Higher Self – you will feel the relief. You will feel supported and loved.

It can take time to start to feel this connection. If you practice checking in every day with the present moment (start with just 5 minutes per day), you will slowly start to feel more at ease and in touch with what is happening right here, right now – and less stuck in worry and fear. It takes time, just like anything new you want to learn. Slow and Steady – Practice. Practice. Practice. I promise it will pay off in the long run!

Note: keep a eye out for my free Mindfulness Webinars. In them you can learn some great practices that will get you started. 😉
