There are many beautiful things in life that do not require thinking. You can notice and experience these by quieting your mind. Here’s a meditation tip to help you become present and slow the thinking mind during your meditation: It takes a lot of energy to think. Imagine this energy moving quickly around in your head. Now imagine this energy slowing down. As it slows, it begins to melt down your body. Image this energy slowly moving out of your head and sliding down your body and into the earth. Now your mind is quiet. Just listen and breath.
