Meditation Tip - Follow the Breath

Pay close attention to the movement of your breath. When you breath in, be aware that you are breathing in, and how it feels. When you breath out, be aware you are breathing out. Imagine when breathing in your body is a pitcher filling with water, feeling the level rise as your diaphragm rises. When you exhale, imagine the water pouring out.
