Be Playful

Having a playful approach to life guarantees more fulfillment. It sounds so easy, yet most people spend a good part of their day with their serious face on. It is really important for your well-being and your physical health to lighten up and play more. Don’t know how to do this? Start by making a playlist of your favorite music and DANCE! Moving your body to music is a great way to remember your playful self. It also is a way to be in the present moment which is an important component to being playful and enjoying life. Playing can also be exploring, imagining, wondering, expressing, experimenting, singing, or just being silly. Go outside and explore a new place or just walk in nature and notice the fine details in front of you. Use your imagination to experience being your favorite animal. Write a silly song and sing it for your family. There are endless ways to be playful. Pick one and try it on. It sounds so simple, but it will be profound and healing for your well-being and health.
